Backtrack is a keylogger for mac OS, ie software that records all keys pressed on the keyboard and the corresponding applications. Used by hackers to find your passwords, it can also be used to protect you against loss of text being entered, the software allows you to restore the text by simply copying and pasting.

BackTrack allows you to recover files form windows you have open, the text you entered, or the emails you sent previously. Similarly, if your computer has a crash, recovers BackTrack what you were trying to enter even if you did not register with a simple copy and paste.
